Composition
1 ml of Hyaluronan Bioveta for arthritis in horses’ treatments contains: Active ingredient: Sodium hyaluronate 10 mg.
Indication
Hyaluronan Bioveta is anti inflammatory used as (orthopedic) for
• Acute and chronic osteoarthritis, polyosteoarthritis, arthritis in horses’ treatments
• Sub acute and chronic arthritis
• Acute and chronic tend vaginitis, tend noses and bursitis
• Osteochondrosis
Hyaluronan Bioveta is used as (Ophthalmologic) for:
• Acute and chronic keratitis
• Conjunctivitis, keratoconjunctivitis
• Dry keratoconjunctivitis
• Corneal ulcer
• Corneal injury
Dosage and Administration
Hyaluronan Bioveta injection method is Intravenous (subcutaneous) administration
Horses: Dose usually 6 ml (60 mg) Number of doses: 3-7 doses, optimum 5 Interval between doses: 3-9 days, optimum 7 for arthritis in horse treatments.
Dogs, cats: Dose slightly lower, usually 3-5 ml Number of doses: 3 -7 doses, optimum 5 Interval between doses: 3-9 days, optimum 7.
Number of doses: 1 – 2 drops to the eye (conjunctival sac) every 2 – 12 hours. Period of administration: 5 – 60 days, possibly permanently (acute inflammation 5 – 7 days, chronic inflammation (Until improvement/cure).
